erday and mixed up the days and was feeling VERY scurred to do today's workout...now I am just afraid of tomorrow's. So this morning I had 2 eggs and a half cup of spinach with some salsa/omelette YUMMY healthy eating really does taste good. Today in my work out I burned 255 cals. and it was a "slow" day, the other days I burned well over 400 cal in the 40 min workouts. Lovin it!
Now I am catching up on the last few edits of this gorgeous horse session from last week, and watching dogs play out the window, I think it's going to be a good day! Enjoy a few of the pictures from the sesh!
