O.M.G April 7th






OMG I am HORRIBLE at this whole blogging thing, which I think I stated in EVERY blog haha. anywho..I got a job I start tomorrow!! YIPPY!! only down fall is its way out on 215 and rainbow *GAG*..SOOOO I was BAD I took like 3 weeks off of my working out ( I will now lay blame somewhere else) Hillary and Kirby got back together and imagine that she stopped calling and being able to go work out...(I know I know I can go by myself), but then she decided to FINALLY text me since I got a new phone and I lost her number!!! So we went and worked out Monday, we were going to go last night but, I was shopping...I mean like REALLY shopping the kind where you grab EVERYTHING and ANYTHING and don't care how much it is..haven't done that in F-O-R-E-V-E-R. After shopping though and buying...dare I say....size 16 (yeah its bigger and I want to cry, I haven't been in a 16 since omg junior year...I haven't touched a scale in like 3 months and I don't plan on it for a LONG time) But I realize that I need to get back on track for reals!!! so I got up this morning and got ready for cross-fit but couldn't find my dang shoes...by the time I finally found them it was 10 til 7... :( gayness. So I stayed awake and I am going to see if my sister will let me go with her later this afternoon..I hope so...for breakfast I have two eggs with fat free cheese and a tomato( it was really small) and some yummy herbal orange spice, vanilla chamomile tea :) so I am on a NO sugar/carbs for about 3 weeks right now..its tough with Josh's easter basket full of chocolate out in the kitchen but I didn't eat any WOO HOO!!!
For you entertainment (whoever sees this) I am adding a few SUPER cute pictures I took the past few weeks with my new baby ducks...who sadly go off to a farm Friday...BOO!! Feb 24

WHEW I am tired today. I have alot going on right now. I am praying I can get a few really good paying sessions these next few months or that un-employment will come through for me or else I have to move in with my parents...and that just isn't on my to do list, I don't think its a step forward in a person's life to have lived on their own for 3 years then have to move back in with their parents....(no offense to anyone) ANYWAYS I went shopping today all day...or shall we call it browsing for what I can't have....sounds more accurate. It was a MUCH needed day of hang out girl time :) However I did buy one dress for Josh's Academy Graduation tomorrow,well I paid up front Josh bought it!! YAY ITS OFFICIAL he is done with the academy, even though he hasn't been since Dec haha. oh yeah okay so tonight we did a work out, I did a self assesment again since I did one a month ago. so tonight I must have done something wrong because I only did 65 squats with 20 seconds on and 10 off for 5 reps...but I did kick bootay on the push ups last month it was 24.5 tonight it was 42 WOOT(my shoulder is KILLING me though)..and 96 crunches...I finished to 100, I will be feeling that in the AM for sure.. Hillary came over after our work out and gave me a pedicure well sorta she painted my toes but they are cute, cuter than I ever do em. Well Josh is on his way to pick me up for dinner so AUSTA LA BYE BYE...going for my size 10....I sure hope i start losing inches soon...I am starting to get frustrated with this not being able to put pants on that I could when I started all this... rootin for the size 10!

Feb 23...

WOW. Really I am sucky at this blog stuff. Well partially because I don't have much to write about since I have been a slacker even more I didn't work out all last week :( I felt HORRIBLE... but I was in Utah with Josh for a few days it was nice, I guess I did work out a little there I went on a little jog about 2 milesish.. So last night me and Hillary decided to get our boots in gear...we worked out, it was nice because I am under ALOT of stress right now. I did 20,15,10,5 squats, burpies, push ups, lunges, sit ups, and walked a mile...not alot but much better than nothing. Tonight my plan is 20,15,10,5 wall ball squats with 10 lbs ball, squats, push ups(which are coming along WAY better I can do about 10 girl push ups now in a row where as before I couldn't do any.), sit ups, and finish with a 5 min RUN (we will see how that "run" goes) and complete it all up with about a mile or so walk..hopefully I do have class so we shall see what I get done. Well I will try to keep this thing updated more often but make no promises. See ya'll later I am going for my size 10 in about 40 mins!!!!!

Okay so I am not much of a blogger 2/8/10

Okay, so I don't ever keep up on things like this, I don't like journal writing so its hard for me. Any ways I sadly am reporting that I did horrible last week, I missed Cross Fit Monday but still went to the gym and ran my own little circuits. I went to Cross Fit on Tuesday morning though, I started to do the circuits, when I started to get tunnel vision and see spots I took that as my hint to stop. However I did go back Tuesday night to the gym with Hillary and I did the circuits and 2.5 miles so I still got my work out in. Also Wednesday I slept in...I am seeing a pattern here I need to start getting my booty up in the AM, or my size 10 is going to be waiting longer. I still went Wed. night though. Yup you guessed it Thursday...I didn't go to cross fit, or the gym, but I had school that evening. Today is now Monday the 8th of Feb, and go figure I didn't get up for cross fit, but I did wake up feeling skinny haha. I didn't go because I am fasting today, and because my back is SHOT I don't know why but it really really really is sore. I will be going to the gym tonight though for sure!!! I am signing out got lots of pictures to edit for class tomorrow. Size 10 I am coming to get you....tomorrow :P

Wed Jan 27 cont...

okay so. I didn't eat toast and egg whites instead I had multi grain pancakes and eggs at my sisters. I didn't do too much today, helped Tiecha make cute tutus for my studio, and cut like 60 neck tie seems. Over all today I burned so far 2364 calories. I burned 445 calories at my workout tonight, we walked 3 miles and I did 5 minutes of crunches, (and lots of stretching my shins are KILLING ME) at the moment I am still burning 4 calories a minute. I did 12030 steps today and worked out for a total of 3 hours and 14 minutes. After today I wont be doing a detailed assessment like this since I wont have the BODYBUGG. Maybe if I set a smaller goal and reach it I will buy myself one. well dinner time... SIZE 10 here I come...

Jan 27 Wed

Today I woke up a little late...luckily I got to Crossfit on time still. I ate a banana for breakfast, and I plan to eat a piece of wheat toast and egg whites when I am done with this. My mom let me borrow her BODYBUGG...so this should be fun I will put my overall calorie burned tonight! so crossfit KICKED MY ASS today...I don't know if I was just extra tired or what, but I was dead... we did 20 minutes NO BREAKS!!!!!AHHH!!!!! But I survived haha. Again one minute circuits of flutter kicks(feel that burn). Crunches. Cadell bells I think thats what its called its a squat with a weight raise. basketball wall squats(only hit myself in the face like 3 times and dropped it like 2, trust me that better than before) and then..........stair steppers on to the first seat on the bleachers that is where I died...in 23 minutes I had burned 203 calories.. it has been about a half hour and I burned another 90 and I haven't even done anything but start a blog I am burning 3.1 calories per minute still..so cool..I can't believe this thing doesn't tell you your heart rate kinda dumb since it sure did cost us alot of money for mothers day last year. well I have ALOT to do today Erika moves in Saturday and I haven't gotten my place roommate ready..mostly becuase I am not roommate ready I am custom to my life, oh well a little change will kick up so fun. I will update this later tonight after I go to the gym with hillary! see ya have a good day. Size 10 here I come!!!! one day closer

Jan 26 Tuesday Day 9

Woke up at 5:35am. went to crossfit. We did 4, one minute circuits workout consisting of push ups. squats. sprinting. jump rope. two stairs at a time. For breakfast I ate a McSkillet burrito(gross by the way) with no tortilla. for lunch I had a fiber granola bar. for dinner I had KFC chicken twister but only ate the chicken, I am pretty sure the lady spit in my food...writing this I see I had too much crap to eat yesterday...better choices tomorrow!!! I got my pass port picture done..I need to do my paper work tomorrow for sure cus I am going to MEXICO in March WOO HOO!!! I applied to Famous Footwear I just want a job that is easy going and VERY flexible.. I went back to the gym tonight with Hillary. I did my self assesment test I did 20 seconds on 10 seconds off squats and push ups.. I did 121 squats and 24.5 pushups(which I am sooo proud of I started 3 weeks ago and literally couldn't do ONE! so 24 knee push ups is amazing..I can also hold my plank for about 30 seconds now. I also walked 2.5 miles with some jogging in there. I am not watching punctuation or grammar so sorry if you read this and you get lost... I think that sums up my day :) Size 10 dress here I come!!!! I will put my measurements in my next blog...I should have taken them three weeks ago..but better late than never :) have a great day!
