Today I woke up a little late...luckily I got to Crossfit on time still. I ate a banana for breakfast, and I plan to eat a piece of wheat toast and egg whites when I am done with this. My mom let me borrow her BODYBUGG...so this should be fun I will put my overall calorie burned tonight! so crossfit KICKED MY ASS today...I don't know if I was just extra tired or what, but I was dead... we did 20 minutes NO BREAKS!!!!!AHHH!!!!! But I survived haha. Again one minute circuits of flutter kicks(feel that burn). Crunches. Cadell bells I think thats what its called its a squat with a weight raise. basketball wall squats(only hit myself in the face like 3 times and dropped it like 2, trust me that better than before) and then..........stair steppers on to the first seat on the bleachers that is where I died...in 23 minutes I had burned 203 calories.. it has been about a half hour and I burned another 90 and I haven't even done anything but start a blog I am burning 3.1 calories per minute still..so cool..I can't believe this thing doesn't tell you your heart rate kinda dumb since it sure did cost us alot of money for mothers day last year. well I have ALOT to do today Erika moves in Saturday and I haven't gotten my place roommate ready..mostly becuase I am not roommate ready I am custom to my life, oh well a little change will kick up so fun. I will update this later tonight after I go to the gym with hillary! see ya have a good day. Size 10 here I come!!!! one day closer
