Jan 26 Tuesday Day 9

Woke up at 5:35am. went to crossfit. We did 4, one minute circuits workout consisting of push ups. squats. sprinting. jump rope. two stairs at a time. For breakfast I ate a McSkillet burrito(gross by the way) with no tortilla. for lunch I had a fiber granola bar. for dinner I had KFC chicken twister but only ate the chicken, I am pretty sure the lady spit in my food...writing this I see I had too much crap to eat yesterday...better choices tomorrow!!! I got my pass port picture done..I need to do my paper work tomorrow for sure cus I am going to MEXICO in March WOO HOO!!! I applied to Famous Footwear I just want a job that is easy going and VERY flexible.. I went back to the gym tonight with Hillary. I did my self assesment test I did 20 seconds on 10 seconds off squats and push ups.. I did 121 squats and 24.5 pushups(which I am sooo proud of I started 3 weeks ago and literally couldn't do ONE! so 24 knee push ups is amazing..I can also hold my plank for about 30 seconds now. I also walked 2.5 miles with some jogging in there. I am not watching punctuation or grammar so sorry if you read this and you get lost... I think that sums up my day :) Size 10 dress here I come!!!! I will put my measurements in my next blog...I should have taken them three weeks ago..but better late than never :) have a great day!
