I got my 9!!

Celebrate good times...come on!!!! Tomorrow is rest day and day 14....which means WE MADE IT THROUGH 2 WEEKS!!!!! I FINALLY got my 9 on the scale I have a philosophy, and it is my whole life being over weight I always fight for 5s and 9s....for whatever reason if I go from for example 220 to 219lbs I WILL NOT see the 0 again til after seeing the next 5 then 9...it's always worked that way, hopefully it does this time too I got my 9 and I don't want to see it do anything but get smaller til there's a 0 in front of it.

With the confusion said I am finally under 220lbs.. And NEVER going back!! I am still a little saddened that my weight isn't dropping a few years ago I could start running and drop 15-20lbs in a month...:( not anymore...sadly I cant figure it out I am working my butt off (literally in inches) eating really healthy...fresh veggies only protein, fiber, lots and lots of water, between 700-1300 cals a day and burning about 3000 in the same day, also haven't TOUCHED sugar or breads/pastas/carbs in 14 day....which should equal more weight loss....I will see how the next few weeks go, If I don't start seeing the scale movin I'm going to check my thyroid...

Well I have a fit test Tuesday, I'll post ya all later to tell you how far I've come in2 weeks!!!

    1. I am putting weekly measurements up and I will post pics on fit test days. So I will have a b4 and 2 week one Tuesday and a measurement day tomorrow :)
