Max interval training was ridiculous and my body is JELLO right now! My shoulder is also SCREAMING. I don't know what I did to it exactly, but back when I had very first done Xfit I was doing tricep-dips on the bleachers and something popped, ever since if I do any tricep-dips my shoulder hurts; well it has progressed to hurting while doing planks, push ups, or intense punches...so I am trying to be really careful. However it is pretty persistent so I will more than likely be making a Dr. appt soon. Oh yeah also burned 500+ calories in the workout! Sadly I forgot to put my Body Bugg on during my fit test today.
So because Blogger/blog spot is so cool it showed me where people are viewing from. I have had views in Malaysia, and Russia (kinda scary, but scary in a cool kinda way).
